A minute of usage is counted for each minute that our bot is actively in your meeting. If your meeting is 30 minutes, that counts as 30 minutes of usage.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
What happens if I exceed my minutes?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. If you exceed your minutes, the bot won't join new meetings until your next billing cycle or you upgrade your plan.
